Kim is the Co-founder of Once Travel, Khwela Woman, and she founded Ubuntu Beds during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic She has spoken at global events, including the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, completed an Executive MBA from the graduate school of business (2020), and has won numerous entrepreneurial awards including the prestigious Sanlam/ Business Partners Entrepreneur of the Year award, Premier's award for entrepreneurship and Mail&Guardian 200 Young leaders.

Joe White, Social Entrepreneur

Joe is a social entrepreneur, who has founded 9 organisations, most of which exist today. These organisations include Catalyx (design and management of social impact projects), World Changers Academy (leadership, life skills training, job placement) and VukAfrica Tours (cultural tourism) and others. Most of his work has focused on helping people reach their potential and dealing with unemployment.

Noelle Ngobeni, CEO, Quatre Saisons

Noelle Makhaukane Ngobeni holds various qualifications with Tshwane University of Technology, University of South Africa, Durban University of Technology and Gordon Institute of Business Science.


Her work experience span across government departments and parastatals, such as the Departments of Public Works and Agriculture and Medical Research Council. In these fields, she gained experience in working with multinational stakeholders, suppliers and customers from foreign countries around Africa, Asia, America and Europe.


Noelle has over 15 years of experience in Entrepreneurial Development, with organisations such as Enablis South Africa and The Hope Factory. Both organisations are a not-for-profit that focuses on developing a network of entrepreneurs in developing countries as well as equipping and supporting previously disadvantaged South Africans to establish and grow their businesses.


As an entrepreneur, she owns Quatre Saisons (Pty) Ltd, an interior décor and design, furniture manufacturing and supply for offices, residential homes, hospitality industries and commercial businesses. She was awarded in 2015 with Gauteng Givers Awards Honouring Women and Business Making a Difference and in 2014 nominated for the CEO Magazine - Africa's Most Influential Women in Business and Government, SADC Region. Noelle Ngobeni has played a major role in nation-building, entrepreneurial capacity building; women and youth entrepreneurial skills development; entrepreneurship development and professional development within her community and at large.


Mofenyi Malepe, Director, Tetelo Ya Kaelo & Director (Phahamiso Holdings, KOMA Media and Topela waste)

Born in Phalaborwa, Limpopo, Mofenyi was destined for success from an early age. He learned the art of business and drive from his surroundings, having been born into a family of entrepreneurs. He was a motivated young man with a vision that reflected through at all times.

He joined the SABC Sports family three years after his arrival in Johannesburg, in 2002, working on series such as Sport Bars, Warriors (SABC1), Sport on 3, Tseleng (SABC 2), and lasted at the public broadcaster for ten years. While working for the SABC, he established Koma Entertainment, which released his debut album, Prophet Mo, The Prophecy, in 2003. In 2012, he founded Tetelo Ya Kaelo, and in 2013, he founded Koma Publishing, which published his 283: The Bad Sex Bet is a book written in the form of a letter from a father to his son, written overnight as the father prepares to meet his fate the next day. The book discusses peer pressure, sex, lifestyle, and the various dynamics that parents face behind closed doors. In its first production run, this self-published book sold over 20,000 units. In 2013, he merged all of his companies into Phahamiso Holdings, which now includes Phahamiso Waste Packers, Phahamiso Advertisement, Talent agency, Transcription services, Photography and videography, logistics, and music production. In 2021, he launched his dream, a legacy project called SAMALTV (SA), which is intended to break boundaries and be his most difficult endeavour yet.

Being a successful entrepreneur necessitates having the precise business attitude as well as the passion and fortitude to succeed. Mofenyi is an excellent example of this; his failures and successes have armed him with the mindset that has helped him to become the successful entrepreneur he is today, with a powerful internal drive. He is always reinventing himself in order to effectively manage his growing business and legacy.

Peach Piche’, CEO, Fresh Eyes

Peach is a Customer Experience and Retention specialist who has owned and operated her company, Fresh Eyes, since 1998. Having trained over 150 000 staff in South Africa and into Africa, Peach loves sharing her passion, expertise and experience when partnering with brands to shift mindsets and behaviours, as well as increase turnover and measure results.


Peach knows what it’s like to start up businesses, open and close a retail store, work long hours in hotels and restaurants, work on weekends as well getting creative to achieve targets.


Peach has an interesting tapestry of work experience from launching Cellphones in SA for MTN, being the traffic reporter on 5fm, running Rennies Travel, Imperial Car Rental PRO, Protea Hotels, owned a Wakaberry franchise and even ran Landrover Experience, launching new cars and training men how to drive their brand new Landrovers! She also ran a teambuilding company and hotel in the Berg and has launched 3 start-ups of her own


When Peach is not working, she is with her family which includes her patient man, Allan and their 5 kids and loves relaxing at their cottage in Leisure Bay. She has a daughter studying to be a teacher, 2 sons studying overseas, 1 son on the yachts in Italy and a daughter in matric.

Peach loves helping those in need as well as empowering everyone she can to make a difference, create a culture around experience and is very excited to share her energy and passion with all of you today!


Nqobile Mseleku, Property investor; Mysuccess founder and Top network marketing earner and leader

Before joining the network marketing Profession. Nqobile maPhakathi Mseleku worked at one of the leading banks and a media house for over 10 years. She has a Marketing BTech degree and many other certificates. Besides working full-time she also ventured into many side gigs from kiddies parties, selling clothes, bed linen, curtains etc.


She’s always had an incredible work ethic but all that didn’t solve her financial problems. She was deep in debts, borrowing from Peter to Pay Paul and tired of working long hours trying to prove herself to her employer but getting no recognition. She knew that if her situation were to change then it was entirely up to her.


Her fortune changed 8 years ago when she was introduced to the network marketing profession. She had no industry knowledge and like most people was sceptical at first but pushed through the fear and did it anyway.


She and her husband have been with the same network marketing company for the past 8 years which speaks volumes. Today they are one of the top leaders and earners within their company which is in the health and wellness sector They currently have over 53 000 distributors within their team and together with their amazing team they’ve built businesses in South Africa, Botswana, Australia, Dubai, Mozambique, Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, USA, Spain, United Kingdom, Tanzania, Italy and New Zealand.


Their team is number one in Africa and number 3 globally. Through the network marketing profession, they’ve been able to venture into the property business and currently own 13 properties that are generating another stream of income.

Hector Motivator

Hector was born in the North Western village of Madidi in North West Province to a dressmaker mother and upholsterer father. Drawn to debate and public speaking as a child, he honed his abilities by practicing diligently, with his parents and three siblings as his audience and test subjects. Conscious of the world around him and growing up in a time of political unrest, Hector was always eager to make a difference.


After leaving TUT where he studied Public management, Hector did a spell at the then Radio Bop, presenting Monday Madness, a show which saw presenters offering personal and professional advice to callers and listeners. After he joined the I Can Foundation as a public speaking intern.

Here, under tutelage and mentorship by renowned speaker David Molapo, he was trained to be one of the youngest motivational speakers in South Africa.


From here, it was on to Kaya FM, where Hector hosted an inspirational Sunday morning show to raving reviews.


By 1999, an increased demand for motivational speaking engagements caused Hector to establish his company, Marang Consulting. Over time, team building facilitating and training were added to the com pany’s list of services. 10 years later, Marang Consulting became The Motivation Company - rebranded and renamed to more accurately reflect the vision and mission of Hector Motivator.


His aim is to equip South Africans with the tools, insights and information needed to inspire and motivate themselves – and to stay committed in pursuing their purpose. Hector is currently the CEO of RadioBOP.

Daddy Khuselo, CEO and Founder, Mbuso Mangement Solutions

Daddy Khuselo has 19 years’ experience as a human capital developer and corporate strategist, his passion and commitment for human development and an enabler of excellence, efficiency and corporate competitive advantage, has seen him pursue a life path as a corporate strategist, organizational and human capital development expert and published author.


This engineering technician by training, with vast experience in human capital development, is also the CEO and founder of Mbuso Management Solutions (MMS), an integrated human capital and organizational development company.


The company’s impeccable 16-year track record has earned it accreditation with seven (7) Sector Education and Training Authority’s (SETA’s), including the Services SETA, ETDP SETA, EWSETA, FoodBev and LGSETA, ETDP SETA and AGRISETA.


The entrepreneurial trailblazer, who has overcome great challenges, understands the power of education to liberate oneself from poverty and inequality. Demonstrating his belief that charity begins at home, Daddy Khuselo is the founder and project director of the New Horizons Skills Development Project (NHSDP) in his home township of Matlosana.


Using his strategic networks, business acumen and knowledge of the education sector DK initiated and is the project leader for the establishment of the one stop shop Learning and Manufacturing Hub based in the City of Matlosana, North West Province. As part of the project, he is in charge of a 40 000sq. mine building which includes a accommodation, classrooms and industrial workshops into a learning-manufacturing hub which will instantly bridge the gap between outcomes of education and the needs of industry.


He has designed and led the set-up of one stop textile hub that is ran by 110 youth and women entrepreneurs from around Matlosana who are organized into a consortium, under mentorship of experienced practitioners so that can jointly produce bulk products and target big orders.


He is also the author of the acclaimed and best-selling memoir, The Rivonia Junction, which continues to inspire young and old alike that adversity can indeed be overcome and that the human spirit will triumph.


Mr Khuselo holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (TUT) and has completed the Advanced Programme in Business Administration (UJ), the Advanced Programme in Organizational Development from UNISA and the Mastering Strategy Programme from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and is currently studying towards programme in Financing and Valuing Commercial property with the University of Cape Town.

Malesela Mokonyane, Founding member and shareholder, Pan African Credit Solutions and founder Mmaphuti Risk and Compliance

Malesela Mokonyane completed B Com (Acc) (University of Pretoria), Post Graduate Diploma (Compliance Management) (University of Johannesburg) and Diploma in Law (University of Johannesburg). A key Individual and Representative in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act. He was approved as a FAIS and Money Laundering Compliance Officer. He is a member of Compliance Institute of Compliance Officers since 2006.


Malesela spent 7 and half years between 2 major banks in South Africa, mostly in Compliance, Risk and Governance roles. He spent the last 12 years in the Life and short-term insurance industry in senior and executive management roles within the Risk, Regulatory and governance space.


He is a founding member and shareholder of Pan African Credit Solutions, a Credit Provider registered with the National Credit Regulator in SA founded in 2018.


He founded Mmaphuti Risk and Compliance management (Mmaphuti Risk and Compliance) in 2006 which does independent consultancy in the Risk, Governance and Regulatory risk management mainly in Insurance, Non-Mandated Intermediary, Underwriting Management Agencies and brokerages. In 2019 he went full time into independent consultancy, managing Mmaphuti Risk and Compliance.

Dalene is a dynamic and transformational leader who has proven to be a visionary pacesetter.

She has spent over 20 years in the banking industry and is currently Head of Business Direct at Mercantile Bank (a division of Capitec Bank Ltd), a niche business bank. Business Direct is the bank’s primary channel for acquiring new SME clients.


Dalene is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and in addition to her role in the banking industry, she is also a Non-Executive Director of a non-profit company, Tuksnovation, an incubator and accelerator for high-tech start-ups, established by the University of Pretoria’s Engineering Faculty.
